Terms of use
By using PlyCuts you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.
Who we are
PlyCuts is operated by Juan Carlos Egea, an independent professional based in Spain. You can reach us at contact@plycuts.com.
What you get
You can preview any model in 3D for free. When you download, you get files (DXF, SVG, PDF) for the size and settings you chose. Files are generated at real size from the measurements you enter; check them against your own material and machine before you cut.
Credits
Each model shows how many credits a download costs. Credits are valid for 12 months from the day you buy them, and buying another pack renews the validity of all your credits. The Unlimited plan renews every 30 days until you cancel it; it covers up to 30 new designs per day, and downloading a design you already have is always free. Credits are not transferable.
License to use the plans
When you download a file, you may use it to make furniture for yourself, your family, or to sell the physical pieces you make. You may not resell, share or publish the files themselves, or use them to build a competing library of plans.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for using the files safely: choosing suitable material, checking the fit before you cut, and following the safety rules for your machine. Furniture, especially children's furniture and tall pieces, should be sanded, assembled carefully and fixed to the wall where advised. Files are provided as they are, without warranty of fitness for a particular use.
Limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for damage caused by misuse of the files. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will post the new version here. These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.
