Is the 3D preview really free?
Yes. Pick a model, set any size and look at it in 3D as much as you like. You only pay when you download the files.
What files do I get?
DXF and SVG files with the parts nested on your sheet, plus a PDF assembly guide with numbered parts.
What are credits?
Each model shows how many credits a download costs. Some models are free. The price of credit packs is shown on the home page.
Can I change the size after I download?
Set the size you want in the preview before you download. For a different size, configure the model again.
Does it work with my board thickness?
Yes. Material thickness is a setting, and joints and slots are calculated from it, so the parts fit the board you actually have. Measure it with calipers: sheets are often thinner or thicker than their label.
What is the bit diameter for?
It is the width of your CNC cutter, and it is used to size slots and inside corners. Corners get dog-bones so square parts fit into rounded cuts.
Can I use millimetres, centimetres or inches?
All three. Switch units at any time from the selector in the top bar; the files are always generated at real size.
Which programs open the files?
Any CAD or CAM program that reads DXF or SVG, and most CNC software.
