Name puzzle
A name puzzle for a child's room. Each letter is a separate piece that fits into its own slot in the frame. Type the name, pick a typeface and the height of the letters, and add a short engraved line under it, such as a birth date.

How long can the name be?
Up to 14 letters. Accents and dots come out as very small loose pieces, so a name without them is easier to handle.
Should I paint the letters?
If you plan to paint them, set the clearance to 0.3 mm or more, so that they still fit after the paint.
What material and thickness should I use?
Use 1/8" (3 mm) birch plywood, basswood plywood or MDF. Measure the real thickness with calipers and enter it under Material, laser and sheet, because the joints are calculated from it.
