Questions
How does it lock without glue?
Each side has hooked tabs that enter slots in the front and back faces. Lowering the side hooks the tab around the face, and lifting it takes the piece apart.
Can I use it with a light?
Yes. An LED inside throws the pattern on the wall around the piece. Use LED lights only, because wood burns.
What material and thickness should I use?
Use 1/8" (3 mm) birch plywood, basswood plywood or MDF. Measure the real thickness with calipers and enter it under Material, laser and sheet, because the joints are calculated from it.
