Questions
Will it tip over with heavy coats?
A tall coat tree with a small base can tip. The preview warns you when the base is too small for the height: widen it or lower the tree.
How do the branches work?
Each board has branches on both sides. Choose how many per board, their length and their angle. Sand and round the tips so they do not snag clothes.
How is it assembled?
Stand the board with the slot at the bottom, lower the other board from above and the two lock at a half-lap. A drop of glue at the crossing makes it permanent.
Which software opens the DXF?
Any CAM program that reads DXF, such as VCarve, Aspire, Fusion, Alphacam or Mach-compatible tools. Outside cuts, inside cuts and dog-bones are on separate layers, and the files are generated at real size.
